Rounds

Child Safety Standards

Last updated 5 September 2026

Rounds is a matrimonial introduction service for adults. This page sets out our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), and how to report a concern.

Rounds is strictly 18+. There is no version of this service for anyone under 18, and no circumstance in which a minor may hold an account.

How we keep minors off the service

Age is checked at sign-up

Date of birth is required to create an account, and an account cannot be created with a date of birth under 18 years ago. Age is never entered as a free number — it is derived from the date given.

Every account is reviewed by a person

No account becomes active automatically. Before anyone can be introduced to another member, a member of our team reviews their profile, their photos, and a short video they record of themselves. An account we believe belongs to a minor is rejected and blocked.

There is no public directory

Nobody can browse members. There is no feed, no search, and no way to look through profiles. Contact happens only between two adults who have each been reviewed and approved, and who have each separately agreed to be introduced.

Reporting

Inside the app

A report control is present during every call and in every conversation. Reporting ends the call immediately and raises the account for review.

To us directly

Any concern involving a child can be sent to safety@rounds.pk at any time, whether or not you hold an account. Reports of suspected CSAE are prioritised above all other work.
